“The actual area of Estepona to the New Golden Mile is quite long and within this area you have Area such as Sun Beach, Laguna Village, Dominion Beach, El Paraiso, Monte Mayor, Cancelada, Selwo and the wonderful Los Flamingos Golf Resort and Estepona Itself. There are some wonderful developments such as El Camapanario which represent the highest luxury quality homes you can possibly imagine. The good news for recent buyers is that the partner on the development would like to sell and inject some realism into the price structure but safe to say El Campanario is very much a lifestyle choice and not one driven by price or cost. Occidental also have a similar development in Belamadena which start at €300.000 which is completely mind blowing if you know the average price of Belamadena but the developer will sit on the units for 10 years if necessary and in reality this is the situation with most of the up market developments on the New Golden Mile and Estepona. So what is the situation for those wanting to buy in this area are there any real bargains to be had and is reality ever going to set in on this lovely piece of Costa del Sol Coastline?
